Mission and Philosophy
The Wheeless Road Elementary School media center will provide intellectual and physical access to materials in all formats. The media center will also provide resources and learning experiences that promote lifelong reading and learning. Materials will be provided that are appropriate and meet the needs of all users. The media specialist will provide instruction, leadership, guidance and consultation in the use of instructional and informational technology. Services will be provided to its students, faculty, staff and administration based on the school’s instructional needs and the Georgia Performance Standards.
